Ordering an item from PawsitiveID.net? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. InGen uses Federal Express for all deliveries.
When you place an order, InGen’s shipping contractor, Genetic Fulfillment USA, Inc. will fill and ship your order by 4:00 p.m. (EST *USA). Any order made after 4:00 p.m. EST on a weekday will be processed on the following business day. Any order placed on a weekend will be processed the next Monday or first business day. Delivery of test kits will depend on the method of shipping chosen at check out. A FedEx tracking number will be sent to each customer by email following confirmation of order.
Shipping costs for orders from PawsitiveID.net depend upon the method and option you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
