Find the breed of dog that you need to test for below. Some breeds are listed multiple times if they have more than one genetic disease screening test available. Click on the test you would like to purchase for that breed. If you want to purchase multiple tests for this individual dog, you will be given the option of selecting these tests (if available) at the next step. At the next screen, you can state the quantity of tests you would like to purchase. If you are going to test 4 dogs of this breed, type 4 in the Quantity box. And if you want to purchase additional genetic tests for these dogs, check the appropriate box at the bottom of the screen. Proceed from here through the regular check out process.

If you have 4 Chesapeake Bay Retrievers you would like to test and want only the PRCD & EIC tests, scroll down and click on the photo of the Chessy for either the PRCD or EIC test option. You will then go to a page that gives you the option of selecting the secondary test you want and the quantity of tests to be purchased. Per the example:

PRCD Test ($60) + EIC Test ($30) = $90 X 4 = $360.00 plus S&H
